Don't let the Love Month Pass You By

Since February is the month for lovers. Don't let the love month pass you by because you're single. Here is the perfect post-Valentine's Day event for singles.

In case you've met a special someone after February 14th (Valentine's Day) there are still events you can do post-Valentine Day yet still celebrate your new romance.

"Whether you have a Valentine before or after Valentine's Day...... finding a new boo is the most important part"

The hardest part about Valentine’s Day as a single person is the planning part. Suppose you are trying to find a place to go, who to go out with, and what to wear, and then, all of a sudden you land a date but it's after Valentine's Day. You are in luck! This year Valentine’s Day will fall on a Wednesday, but there are still some Post-Valentine’s Day activities you should consider.

Recently I spoke with Keisha, owner of Forever Lit Candles who is hosting a post-Valentine’s Day event called “Will you be My Candle Partner” happening on February 17th in Queens NY. The tickets are now on sale on her Instagram page. This event is perfect for singles and couples.

Keisha and I discussed the heartwarming start of her career and how it blossomed over time. Initially, the passing of a family member ignited Forever Lit Candles when Keisha started making memorial candles for others. As her career blossomed she curated many unique scents for both women and men. Although many of her customers are women, men are now entering the world of candles. She is currently working on various musk flavors.

As an avid candle user, I understand the value that candles bring to intimacy. Keisha states "People light candles for different meanings" In agreeance, I believe candles are a perfect feature to set the mood for a romantic evening. Her event "Will you Be My Candle Partner" is a candle-curating experience where people come together to enjoy festivities and make their candles.

This event represents intimacy, fun, and sharing space while creating something memorable. If you are interested in going the tickets are still available on her Instagram page @foreverlitcandles
